CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY (48 HOURS)

If you cannot make your appointment there is a 48 hour cancellation policy in place. Failure to cancel may incur a 100% charge on your appointment. While we are mindful of the current status of Covid-19, if you have proof of a positive of a Covid-19 test please speak to my team and they can direct you further.

SKIN / PATCH TEST POLICY

Many of our treatments require a patch test prior to appointment. Failure to arrive without a patch test will result in immediate cancellation of treatment.

The following treatments require patch testing:
